By accessing or using Saysort, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Saysort is a web-based application that helps users analyze and track Excel documents, particularly for engineering document control purposes. The service includes features such as IFR/IFC analysis, file history tracking, and custom column configuration.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed annually at $27/year (excluding applicable taxes). Payments are processed securely through Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious files or content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saysort and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saysort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
