Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to love SaySort. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the core features of the service, we'll work with you to make it right.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if core functionality (recording, transcription, saving notes) fails due to an issue on our side and our support cannot resolve it.
  • Renewals and partial periods are generally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
  • Abuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or excessive usage during the refund window may void eligibility.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our billing team with the following:

  • Account email
  • Order ID / receipt
  • Issue description and relevant screenshots/logs (if any)

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically generate refunds.
